1. Preparation
(1) Before installing the LED wall washer, solder the tin bar and soldering iron required by the LED lamp beads to the aluminum substrate for use when preparing to install it.
(2) First check the installation materials, if there is any problem, you can negotiate a refund or exchange, and finally prepare the installation kit.
2. Check
In order to ensure the quality of the installation, check the soldered board here, and whether the power-on test can be normal, to avoid the situation that it does not light up after the soldering is completed, and it needs to be removed and connected again.
3. If the lamp can be normally bright, now the back of the aluminum substrate is coated with heat-dissipating silica gel, and then the board is placed in the shell.
4. Welding
(1) Solder the power cord to the positive and negative poles of the aluminum substrate, use tape to help the two ends, and the glue must be fixed firmly.
(2) During the glue filling process, the whole is evenly laid flat, do not tilt or tilt, which will affect the installation effect.
5. If glue is used, in the afternoon of the same day, remove the remaining tape, and then block the glass and the two ends where the wall washer is installed.
6. Connect the installed wall washer lamp, pay attention to the outlet interface, don’t make mistakes, it is best to connect one by one, after plugging in the male and female, install according to the reference manual,
7. When the finished lamp is made, power on first, then turn on the switch to test, check whether it is normally on, if it is abnormal, re-test and adjust.
Two, LED wall washer installation precautions
1. Please turn off the power before installation to avoid electric shock due to improper operation. ,
2. Pay attention to check whether the voltage marked on the wall washer is consistent with the input voltage for the upcoming connection. If it is not the same, it is best not to connect it to avoid damage to the LED.
3. If it is used abnormally, its service life will be reduced. Don't use it in a place with strong acid mist.
4. In the process of installation and transportation, pay attention to shockproof, otherwise it is easy to damage.
5. Before installation, ensure the installation position, check whether there is any swing after installation, if there is, check it well.
6. If the lamp fails, please put the lamps together in one place, and then send it back.
7. If you find that the lamp body wire is damaged, please cut off the power immediately and stop using it.
