Learn about the impact of LED wall washing lamp on the harsh environment

Led wall washing lamp installed outdoors often suffers from cold and hot alternation, rain and snow erosion, strong wind attack and sunlight and other harsh environment. In the changing temperature, dust, dirt and moisture has been affecting the service life of LED wall washing lamp. If the wall washing lamp manufacturer is not proficient in manufacturing LED wall washing lamp, the product may be deformed, damaged, burst and other effects.

1) Voltage:

The voltage of LED wall washing lamp is 220 V, 110 V, 24 V, 12 V, so we should pay attention to the corresponding voltage when we choose the power supply. There are also 18 V, 36 V, because these two transformers are relatively few in the market, and it is not easy to match the transformer, so we usually choose 24 V or 12 V for low voltage.

2) Operating temperature:

Because the wall washing lamp is usually used in the field, so this parameter is more important, and the request for temperature is also relatively high. Generally, we can work at - 40 ℃ and + 60 ℃ in the field. But the wall washing lamp is made of aluminum shell with good heat dissipation, so this request is usually satisfied by the wall washing lamp.

3) Number of LED beads:

The number of LED in general wall washing lamp is 9 / 300 mm, 18 / 600 mm, 27 / 900 mm, 36 / 1000 mm, 36 / 1200 mm.

4) Protection grade:

This is the main parameter of the wall washing lamp, and it is also the main target that affects the quality of the current guardrail tube. We have to make strict requirements. When we use it in the field, it is best to request that the waterproof grade should be above IP65. We also need to request the relevant pressure resistance, fragmentation resistance, high and low temperature resistance, fire resistance, impact aging resistance grade ip656 representative: completely avoid dust entering. 5 representative: wash with water without dust Any damage.

5) Control method:

For LED wall washing lamp, there are two control methods: internal control and external control. Internal control means that there is no external controller. Planners plan the control system in the wall lamp, and the degree of effect cannot be changed. External control is an external controller, whose function can be changed by adjusting the main control button. Usually in large-scale projects, customers request to be able to change their own role, we all use the external control plan. There are also a lot of washing wall directly supporting the control system of DMX512.

6) Color standard:

2, 6, 4, 8 full color, seven color, red, yellow, green, blue, purple, white and other colors.

7) Luminous viewpoint:

There are usually narrow (20 degrees), medium (50 degrees) and wide (120 degrees). Now, the farthest useful projection interval of high-power LED wall washing lamp (narrow view) is 20-50 meters.

8) Mirror surface:

Glass reflective lens, light transmittance of 98-98%, not easy to atomize, can resist UV radiation.

9) Light source:

Generally, 1W and 3wled are used as light sources. However, due to the immature skills, the contrast of 1W is common in the market now, because 3W has a large calorific value, the heat removal is not good, and the light attenuation contrast is fast.

10) Standard scale:

It is allowed that the unit length is 1 meter. Because the shell is made of high-temperature aluminum and pulled out from the model, the length can be customized according to the customer's request. The width and height can't be changed unless the mold is re opened. However, the cost of opening the mold is expensive. Generally, the manufacturer and the customer won't choose it, especially in the external situation.

When it rains or snows, and when the lights are turned off for rest, the temperature inside the LED wall washing lamp will drop sharply, which will lead to instant pressure or even greater vacuum inside the lamp shell. At this time, air or moisture will sneak into the lamp body through the sealing gap and condense into water droplets. Once water droplets are generated in the sealed lamp body, it is not easy to be discharged. The water droplets that cannot be discharged for a long time will corrode the electronic components in the lamp body, seriously affecting the life of LED wall washing lamp.
